I-130 is pending. Can I file I-485

Hi,

I am currently in US on H1-B and My wife is green card holder. My wife file I-130 on may 2013 and pending for approval. On August 1st my Priority date became current on F2A category.  So Can I file I 485?

 

if yes, what all supporting documents need to file?

USCIS.GOV will give you instructions about filing the AOS for you. You should plan on filing sooner rather than later.

SO Do I need to wait from USICS for update? Or do I need to contact them directly?

These dates will most likely go back significantly in the next few months. If you are half way interested read the Instructions in the USCIS website and give necessary documents to your Lawyer and have him file your AOS , unless you prefer to wait for more time.
