Hi

 

1) I have a valid L1B visa till march 2014

2) I went to India on vacation and came back on June 1st and my i-94 date is same as visa expire date (that is march 2014)

3) my employer said we can file for extension in Dec , but as extensions are getting rejected in most of the cases i wanted to try for a diff option

 

4) can i go to candan and come back for NEW I-94

5) will i be issued a new i-94 if i visit canada for 3 to 4 days ) was said we wont be issued new i-94 if the visit is with in 30 days 

6) as I-94 process is automated Please suggested me on this
