autumn123 Posted July 29, 2013 Report Posted July 29, 2013 Hi, My employer has filled a H1B transfer on May 09 2013 its almost 3 months from now. I am newly married I work in Mi and my Husband works in CA.So I requested my employer for remote work.He accepted it on May 15th by that time my H1B was filled with MI LCA. My employer said that we should wait until we receive the H1B approval notice and after changing the LCA to CA I will be able to work from there. So Can anyone tell about the processing time for H1B Transfer in General processing? Is there a way that my lawyer can amend My existing LCA with CA instead of waiting for the approval...as its taking too long .... Please let me know all the possibilities please ...Thank you in advance...
