labour status is still pending.

Hi, I'm kumar, I applied for labour in june 2012(category EB2) . We had a query in Nov 2012, we reponded to it.

But still, we haven't received any updates from uscis. 

 

My employer is planning to re-apply labour again. Can, I processed with applying new labour or wait for old labour ? 

 

I'm in confusion, can you please suggest me ?

YOU cannot do anything. Your EMPLOYER should discuss the situation with the attorney handling the case on your behalf.  You need to be patient.

Thanks for your reply, I asked my employer to talk with attorney.

But he is saying that, "attorney has already spoke to uscis about another person labour issue, they responded as wait for result, so there is no use in talking with uscis, re-apply is good. ". 

 

Can you suggest me, how can, I deal with this issue or ask my employer to file any case on this issue. ?
