Abdulkader Posted July 29, 2013 Report Posted July 29, 2013 Hi, My Wife and my Son I94 is getting expired on 09/03/2013. So i applied for the H4 extension with all the requried documents. I filled one I-539 both for my wife and my son. I attached $375 (290+85) personal cheque. But the application is rejected with Incorrect fee. Please help me. What is the H4 extention fee for my wife and my son.
jairichi Posted July 29, 2013 Report Posted July 29, 2013 It is $290 per application. But, why did you include biometric fee? Aren't their biometrics done when they earlier applied for a visa at a US consulate?
