In May2013 I transferred my H1b to Y company and received I-797 for 3 years.(Till 2016 may). I would like to go India in following dates (Aug16 to Sep10). - Brother's marriage. 1) Can I go to INDIA and comeback without any issues. 2) Can I go to Canada and get stamped before previous visa expires (I mean in Aug2013 or Sep2013) Please suggest your thoughts.
omshiv Posted July 29, 2013 Report Posted July 29, 2013 Hare Krishna Prabhu, You can definitely go to India and come back without any issues. Just show your new employer's petition at the Port of Entry. You are good to go.
