H1&H4 stamping earlier on L1&L2

Hi

I came to the US in 2010 in L1 and my wife in L2. I changed my visa to H1 in 2011 and planning to go to India for my H1 and H4 visa stamping for me and my wife respectively. The DS-160 form asks a question which says "Which is the visa stamped in the US"? Should I consider L1 which has been legally stamped in my passport or consider H1 for which I have got the approval notice.
