I have decided to travel by Car, I heard that by road no I94 is taken away or no new I94 is issued. My I94 and my visa is getting expired in the month of Set 2013, if I do not get new I94 will I be having legal status after Sep 2013 even if i get my US visa stamped? Is it advisable to go road?
