Doubt on canada visitor visa

Hi,

 

I had applied for canada visitor visa and today i got a mail to send the passport.the address which i'm staying right now is different from  what i have given in the application form . My question is can  i write  the present address in the return mail or do i need to give the address which is there in application form.

 

Please let me know.

Give the return address as you prefer

How long did it take for your Canada Visa to be approved? I have applied for it on 17-July but no updates yet.

it took 3 to 4 weeks for me to get an email from them asking to send passport

Give it sometime , it takes about 3-5 weeks before getting a response. Looking at recent times for TRV processing, this is considerably fast.

approximately its taking 45 days these days.

Thanks all for your response! I got their email asking for passports on 31st Jul. so roughly 2 weeks.
