abap2021 Posted July 28, 2013 Report Share Posted July 28, 2013 My Green card is under processs through Consular processing from the last 3 years and i recently attended for B1 visa and i was issuied B1/B2 visa. I clearly mentioned immigration petion is applied on my behalf in DS 160 form. My question is will i face any problem during port of entry if i enter US on business or tourism purpose ? since immigartion petition is filled will they put me back on the next plane as soon as i land in US? If any one has faced this problem please share your experience..... Link to comment
