I485Question
Hi, Our green card was approved when my wife is outside the country. When she returned back, the immigration officer entered her in H4 with I-94 end date despite she informed that her green card was approved. How can this be fixed? Would this cause any issue? Would really appreciate any inputs. Thanks, Kar Link to comment
pontevecchio
Go to the CBP Office at the Airport and ask an Officer about the matter. There is no problem. The H4 is irrelevant. The USCIS PAYS hardly anything and good caliber Officers are rare. If you pay peanuts you know what you get? If you have a Lawyer give him a call. Did she have AP or not? Link to comment
I485Question
Thanks for the reply! I checked with my attorney and per their advice went to the airport and then to the "deferred inspections" office. I needed to fix my wife's entry from H4 to LPR. I hope it is over. Link to comment
Belle
No need to "fix" anything... Link to comment
