ramreddykethireddy Posted July 26, 2013 Report Share Posted July 26, 2013 HI Guys, I applied for my h1b extension last week with premium processing.I got my receipt number also.My question is, If my extension is confirmed, after how many days I can go for visa interview? I have my current H1 vaid till December 31st 2013 (I don't have visa stamping on it).I applied for early extension. If my new H1 starts from January 1st 2014, on which h1, I will get stamped(the current one or the new one)? please let me know. Thanks, Ram Link to comment
