LuckyOne Posted July 26, 2013 Report Share Posted July 26, 2013 I was holding H1B before which was expired in sept 2010(used only 3.5 years), before expiry I left country and stayed 18 months in India before coming to US again in L1A visa. Now this another company wants to use my previously H1B and they filed H1B transfer and extension in premium category on July 20th, 2013. In USCIS, it's showing 'acceptance' state only. Any idea how long this will take to get an status update?? It's submitted in California service center. Link to comment
