If Old Company revokes I140 before H1B transfer gets approved?

Hello Everyone,

I am presently on my 6th year of H1B visa with an approved I-140 with Company A. My visa was renewed till Dec 2015 with approved I-140 with Company A. I accepted an offer with Company B, they will be filing my H1B transfer in a week or two.  

 

I have 2 questions here:

1. What will happen if Company A revokes my I-140 immediately after I start with Company B, if I do not yet have the H1B transfer approval with Company B? Will my H1B with Company B be denied?

2. If my H1-B is denied with Company B, what happens to my current H1-B with Company A? Can I still be US with that visa?

 

Can some  one please answer my questions.

Im sure if Company A revokes I-140 than they would do the same for H1b too. Also incase you go ahead with your plan, ask company B to file in PP.

What happens to the H1B applied by Company B, if its approved will it be revoked?

My advice to you:

 

Let Company A know that you are leaving them ONLY after your H1 gets approved from Company B.

My question is, after I get the H1B approval from company B, if company A revokes my I140, would that affect the new H1B from company B??

If I140 gets revoked..it WON'T affect company B's H1b.
