Audit in Labor on AUG 2012 in California

HI,

 

  I have received audit on my PERM application in Labor in Aug 2012. I haven't heard anything yet. Can anyone please let me know if you have recieved any response from Labor department:

 

Labor Application Send -- Aug 20, 2012

Recieved Audit -- SEP 2012

Employer responded back -- SEP 2012

Labor department Response -- not yet...

 

 Do any one of you know any website for the processing times in California area... Please respond to this post....

Department of Labor does not breakdown processing times by state or region. All labor certications are processed from the Atlanta National Processing Center with processing times posted in the iCert page. Unfortunately, though the iCert page is down now while the government is shut down.

did you receive a response yet since the audit date is past aug 2012.

 

Iam in a similar situation, I did get a response for supervised recruitment - which iam not sure what my chances are right now. Anyone have any idea.
