cassn Posted July 25, 2013 Report Share Posted July 25, 2013 We are about to file i485 application. The address on G325a, I765 and I131 all have home addresses. The G28's have attorney's address. Our attroney is suggesting us to fill the I485 with the attorney address instead of our address. His reason is RFE's are diificult to track and all communications should be between attroney and USCIS. Attorney lives in east coast and we live in south.My question is if we put attroney's address on i485, then the fingerprinting request, interview(if any) will all be near the address mentioned in i485(attorney's address). Can we change the fingerprinting assigned location after fingerprinting request is sent? Link to comment
