Question - H1 Extension for 7th Year

I have a question about my H1 Extension.

My Perm was filed on Jan 30th 2013. My H1 B Visa is valid till 9-Mar-2014 and I will be reaching my 6th Year on 19-April-2014.

Now my PERM status is in audit, can I do H1 Extension? If yes, how soon I can do it?
