485 Service request status response

Hi,

My EB2I application became current for 2nd time, I called USCIS last week to check the status, L1 officer raised a service request to check status, L2 officer confirmed that my date is current and I will know more details in response to my service request soon. 

I got email today with following text, is this normal automated response from USCIS when a service request is raised? Or does this mean that my application will get delayed even more?

 

"We have received your service request and researched the status of your case. We had to perform an additional review and this has caused a delay in processing time. Your case is currently under review. You should receive a decision or notice of further action within 90 days." 

 

Last time when my date became current, I applied for 485. I got receipt with incorrect classification (EB3 instead of EB2). I called USCIS and raised a service request. They responded in 2 weeks with a letter that states my application has been corrected, later on dates move back but I got my EAD. I want to check status on my application last week and called USCIS.
