Better find another project with min layers. Having layers between you and your employer is not good and can expect lots of issues before approval. Link to comment
Czar460
@Vendy9999 : Don't worry my situation is same as ur's . I have two layers in between my employer and client. I got my H1B renewed for 3 years recently. Try to get a letter from ur client With ur employer and all the vendor's mentioned on it as well as letters from all ur vendor's . If u don't want your Client to know about all the layer's, at least get it with your Prime vendor and employer's name on it. If the client is not willing to provide any letter atleast get a proof of email from ur client manager saying that it is not the client policy to provide any letter's to the contractor's. Remember to take the letter without any contract ending dates on it. The worst case is that you might end up with a short term visa if you have any dates in the letter. In my case i just provided a client letter with my employer and prime vendor's names on it. Good Luck!!! Link to comment
