Impact on citizenship if left job after 4 months of getting GC

Hello Friends

 

I had left my company that applied for my GC after 4 months to pursuit a higher post in another company but working in the same area of expertise. Would the move before 6 months hamper my chances of citizenship when I become eligible?

 

It's been 1.5 years from the time I got my GC, and I plan to start my own business now which is not in the same area of expertise based on which I got my GC, would this move impact my citizenship prospects even though I plan to add more US jobs into the economy?

 

Any assistance is highly appreciated.

Should not be an issue for both of your concerns. There is no hard n fast rule when leaving your employer who sponsored your GC, before or after 6 months. You may also open your own Business.
