H1BJourney Posted July 23, 2013 Report Share Posted July 23, 2013 Hi, My case is 1st time H1b stamping OPT to H1b I feel like getting stamping anywhere is fine because they don't reject visa like they do for F1. Worst case is, we will get 221G and goes into admin processing. But I prefer going to Vancouver or Ottawa because i believe they process 221G cases in less than 3 weeks. But if i go to Hyderabad worst case will be 2 to 6 months for processing. That's the reason i'm preferring Canada. Am i thinking right? Link to comment
