Can someone please let me know what needs to be done as in does the LCA and other documents needs address change on it? Please let me know. Link to comment

I am asking because i have to let the HR know since my was the first H1b case for the company and they are not aware. Kindly advice. My H1b was approved in 2012. Link to comment

asugrad Posted July 23, 2013 Report Share Posted July 23, 2013 Nothing to worry. Just let your attorney/ employer have called uscis to update new address. If your work location is changed then lca comes into picture. Finally for stamping, when you carry the employer letter. Make sure that letter head has the latest employer address. Good luck.
