"USCIS goes by last receipt date, if you are going to file your I-485 (or just filed), you will be placed behind this queue (even if your PD is before these applicants). Exception is if application is preadjudicated then it would go by PD." If an EB3 application is pre-adjudicated but porting occurs to EB2 in August 2013, will it still be considered a pre-adjudicated case under EB2? Link to comment
