I wanted to find out if we have any predictions regarding the further movement of EB2 cut off dates for India from the current date of Jan 1, 2008.

 

I have a priority date of July 2008 and hence my interest to know any predictions.

Only DOS can predict and have authority over visa bulletins. Anything else is pure speculation. Good luck and hopefully soon.
