H1b Visa stamping expiring in two months but Visa is valid for another year

Hi Sir,

 

I have my H1B Visa stamping with my Previous employer name expiring on 30th September 2013.

But my H1b Visa with the present employer is valid till 11/20/2014.

 

I am travelling to India in the month of August and I will be back to USA in the first week of September. Do I need to go to Visa stamping in India since I have Valid Visa stamp till the end of September.

You can travel with your old visa. But since it is going to expire with few weeks its better to attend interview.

You do not have to. Your H1 petition not visa is valid till  11/2014.

Stamping is not required for specified timeline.

You dont have to. When u come back, show the immigration office at port of entry your current h1b approval, he will give you valid stay till 11/20/2014.
