Thanks H1 processing fee is no way related to you. WHY are you worried about that?? WHY do you care if it is $8000 or $80000??? Your post CLEARLY tells that you are paying your H1 fee that's 100% illegal, and moreover in future you cannot take any legal action against that employer if you have any trouble (which is likely to happen). Thanks Whatever it is, you are not supposed to pay your H1 fee. Your employer is obviously making profits by hiring you, if not he won't hire you. I think it's better you find another employer.
