I have to go to India in another 20 days for my marriage, and my Visa period will also expire in another 15 days. So I cannot come back. What can be done now, any suggestions. Background is Initially i applied for regular extension process and 10 days ago I have upgreded to Premium process, now I have received RFE. Not sure what to be done now Whether to withdraw my application and go back to India or submit the rfe docs. Link to comment
