jhalak12
I currently work full time in Wisconsin where my Perm has been filed. My I -140 has been approved but my PD is DEC 2011. I now wish to relocate to another state and work remotely for the same employer. My attorney mentioned any material changes to the existing PERM leads to filing a new PERM and I-140. Is there another option i can persue without filing a new PERM and also get to work remotely? Any help in this matter is much appreciated, Thanks! Link to comment
Jyothis
I have heard a few horror stories of people trying what you did. This can be especially tricky, if USCIS decides to do a site visit for your h1b. Would you prefer to risk losing it? I would suggest getting a good attorney and going over your case before making that call Link to comment
jhalak12
Thanks for the prompt response! I would definitely ask an attorney but thought to check with the forum first, if someone had the same expereince before. Link to comment
