g0madhoo
My EB3-I140 approved in 2007 EB3-485-pending EB2-I140 approved in July-16-2013 What are the next steps after receiving eb2-i140? I was going thru different forums, it suggested that Interfile mail has to be send by the attorney to USCIS. In few forums, it said that interfile will be done automatically. It would be helpful if anyone provide the details. Thanks! -GM Link to comment
pontevecchio
Check to see if the A numbers are the same. Call your Lawyer and make sure the filing has been done properly so that you get your GC soon. Link to comment
g0madhoo
Does it mean if the A number is same then Interfiling has been completed automatically. No need to take any action? Thank You! Link to comment
Belle
If your EB2 case was filed correctly, the USCIS would generally do the interfiling automatically. Link to comment
Desi Dude
If your EB2 case was filed correctly, the USCIS would generally do the interfiling automatically. That might not be the true if EB3 is for Primary and EB2 is for Secondary. Link to comment
