dreadeduser
Hi, I am employed to company A, and now another employer company B, has filed H1B transfer Premium Processing (this is also mentioned in the receipt I received back from attorney). When I visit USCIS website, I see that my "On July 13, 2013, we received this I129 PETITION ". This has been filed with California Service Center location. I have following questions: 1) I see forums talking about PP clock, but I did not see any reference of the clock in my case on USCIS page. 2) Since July 13 (7 days now), my case is still in Acceptance state. Is this normal? What is the average time it stays in this state? I would really appreciate any inputs on these questions. Thanks. Link to comment

alladi333
Thank. Any suggestions where I can see the PP clock? It is an update to your PP Status, when USCIS stops processing your application and comes to a decision, then you will see an update stating that your PP clock has stopped and USCIS has sent you the decision. Good luck! Link to comment
