PD date current and I-824 approved--need help

Hi All,

 

I was working in US from 2005 to 2009 with employer "A"  on H1B. My I-140 got approved in 2008 and later for some personal reasons I moved back to India. In India I am working for company "B". In 2012 I applied for I-824 and got approved. My PD date is current and please advise me the next steps in the process. I will consult murthy lawyers if required,  but I need First hand suggestion from you.

For CP, I believe you will need an offer of employment from your original sponsoring employer.

 

After your I-824 is approved, your file goes to the National Visa Center. NVC will contact you to pay the visa fee. After the visa fee is paid you submit your DS-230 and supporting civil documents to the NVC. Once the docs are complete, an interview is scheduled for the following month. You can move things along at NVC pretty quickly, but the whole process does take a few months.
