She is planning to visit India for her marriage. Does she have any option to apply F1 visa stamping at VFS India by using her OPT-EAD card and revised i20. Thanks for the help in advance. livliv Posted July 18, 2013 Report Share Posted July 18, 2013 Yes, she can apply. However, any F1 application has a risk of denial because of immigrant intent. Being on OPT makes it more risky. Link to comment
