ab77sh Posted July 18, 2013 Report Share Posted July 18, 2013 Hi, while preparing for H1 and H4 extensions for myself and my dependants i just realized that in my sons i94 i have mentioned my name by mistake.All other informations like Visa type and DOB are correct .What should i do.My current petition expires in less than 30 days now. It is advisable to contact the office of a competent credible immigration attorney to determine the steps required to approach the US CBP to determine whether they would be amenable to fixing the I--94..
