Latest date of entry for GC application

Hi

 

I am in the process of applying for GC for my parents. They arrived in New York but we then made a week long trip to Mexico and came back to Neward. The I-94 was left as is in the passport during the travel and a new one was not issued.

 

For the latest port of entry and date of entry in the GC application, should we use the information on the I-94 (i.e. for the initial entry) or the actual latest entry (i.e. the one from Mexico)?
