Urgent : Porting from EB3 to EB2

Hello,

 

I got i140 (EB3) approved from Company A. Still working with Company A.

 

Company B processed my Green Card  in EB2 (Future Employment) got PERM approved and received RFE for i140.

 

Problem is, Attorney had filed i140 (EB2) with out specifying the porting from EB3 to EB2.

 

Is there any possibility to specify about porting from EB3 to EB2 while responding to RFE?
