Anish1234 Posted July 17, 2013 Report Share Posted July 17, 2013 My 6 years H1B expires in Oct'13 end. I plan to leave US in Oct'13. My company is filing for PERM. Once my PERM and I140 gets approved ( I expect it to approve by March'14), I guess the company can file H1B extension of visa due to unavailability of current I485. Can I enter the US once I get my visa extension through the employer. Of course, I will have to stamp my passport in a US embassy. Thank you for reply. Link to comment
