H1b transfer while my h1b to h4b pending

Hello. 8 months back i lost my job. My husband employer applied me h1b to h4b transfer. Its been pending since then. Now i got a job and my new employer is sponsoring me h1b transfer.

Now do i need to withdraw my pending h1b to h4b application?

What if my h1b transfer approves first?
