Sponsor GC for my sister's family

Hi,

 

         I am US Citizen and i want to bring my sister to USA. Have  a few questions about what's the best way to bring her family (sister, her husband and son).

 

1. Can i bring them into USA on vistor visas and find an employer here to sponsor H1B for my sisters husband. If yes, how long does it take for the H1 B to be approved.

 

2. Can i apply for a GC for her and her family (husband and son). How long does this process take.

 

Please let me know what would be the best process.

Sponsoring a sibling takes 12+ years. The PD is that far back.

An H1 would only be available for a maximum of 6 years. And THEY would have to find an employer.

F4 for India is backlogged by 12 years. Their best bet is to have him look for a H1 sponsor. Then its a matter of his credentials and some luck. They can visit on their own.

Your brother in law should be able to find his own job. If he is unable to do that, he is unqualified to work in the US.
