L2 Visa Help

Hi, 

I am getting married this September and my fiance is on L1B visa.It would be required that I go on a L2 visa. My question is when I fill the DS-160 form before my marriage date what should be the marital status? Or is it required that I should fill the DS-160 after marriage ?

You should fill up the form as if you were doing it after Marriage. It is OK to say Married now and prove it at the Interview. Once here get cracking on your EAD if you want to work.
