kamy Posted July 16, 2013 Report Share Posted July 16, 2013 Hello Dear, I am in US and I had visa stamping in India in May-2013.My H1b visa on the passport has expiring on July-31-2013 and I might need to travel back to India in September for few more days. In this case do I need to revisit the visa stamping in Mumbai or it will be done by just sending the documents to them since I had my previous visa stamping last month when I was in India. I heard that in one year if I visit India twice and project remains same then we do not require to go for visa stamping again. Please advice on this. Link to comment
