H4 Visa expiry on 1st Aug 2013, planned to travel back to USA on 24th July 2013. Extension for H1B and H4 already been applied and received the receipt on 15th April 2013, but its pending with USCIS. Is there any limitation in days / week to travel back to USA using the existing H4 visa (expirying on 1st Aug 2013). Please help Link to comment
