mickmick
Last week one of my friends went for a H-1B visa interview and unfortunately consulate issued 221(g) white slip. He has confusion regarding couple documents.I want to mention that, the company that applied for his visa IS the company he is going to work for. It is NOT a consulting company.Below is the document list for which he is confused.1) A complete itinerary of services or engagements (including both internal and client projects) that specifies the dates of each service, the names and addresses of the actual employers, and the names and addresses of the locations where the services will be performed for the duration of the petition.2) Compliance with Department of Labor attestation requirements. Also, should he hire an attorney for this?Thank you Link to comment
rahul412
Also, should he hire an attorney for this? No need, the above requested documents can be produced by his employer and his employer's attorney will handle it. It's their headache. Link to comment
