lsan123
I am in US. My L1-B Visa expired at April 2013. I had filed extension and it denied on 10-July-2013. I have my I-94 valid until 12-Sep-2015. Do I need to leave US because my extension denial? Or can I stay in US since I have my I-94 valid until Sep-2015? If I stay in US, will there be any issue in filing H1-B Visa next year? Link to comment
Attorney_23
Generally speaking, the denial of an extension request does not invalidate an individual's otherwise valid status. Link to comment
lsan123
Thank you. In this case, can I apply for H1-B Visa next year - 2014? Link to comment

Attorney_23
Would I be correct in assuming that your employer did not use an attorney when filing this case? Link to comment
