How do I go about knowing its contents or having it mailed to me again. I wanted to know if I need to make a call or do a Service Request or Infopass etc Please share your thoughts an experiences. Belle Posted July 15, 2013 Report Share Posted July 15, 2013 You can do either or both. I would start with the InfoPass because it is possible your status is wrong, and you were never issued an RFE. Link to comment
