I 140 Filing By an acquired Company with old company Labor approval

Hi, My earlier company  X located in Virgina , it filed my labor & got approved after another company Y acquired my company X.. my current company Y is ready to file I140.. is it any issue or is it fine even though my new company Y located in New Jersy where as my labor approved for Virginia X company.. Is it fine even though our new company don't have office at the old company address where my labor approved.. But any how in my labor petition we mentioned a requirement like need to travel at different  client sites

Location is a significant piece of information.  The company's attorney needs to review case to date.  I would expect it to need to be restarted but an attorney would provide a definitive answer.
