Non billable hours in H1

Hi,

When moving from one project to other,  there was a delay in getting in to project due to back ground check done by customer.  But I was paid regularly during these non billable days.  In my pay slip, it shows that pay under the category BP (meaning Bench Pay).  I am about to attend for visa interview in a months time.  Please let me know if that BP in the pay slip will cause any problem?

it depends on how long you stayed on Bench and how recent it was

And it also depends on how much the payment was. On H1, a person always needs to get paid at least the salary listed on the LCA.
