I94 expirying Extension Filed Receipt Received.

Hi

 

My have my H1 valid till July15, 2013 and I94 valid till Sept 2013. My dependents has both H4 visa and I94  valid 

till July15, 2013. My employer has applied for extension under premium processing and I have got the receipt .

 

Now my question is , 

 

1)should my wife and Kid leave the country on or before July15 2013, or can they continue 

to stay based on the receipt.

 

2)If they continue to stay will it be  treated as illegal stay in case extension filed is rejected.

 

 

 

I appreciate if anyone could respond to this and guide me.

Have the H4 extensions also been filed? You have to specifically ask the company Lawyer.
