hou434
Hi, Quick query based on the following. - Completed full 6 year H1-B term on June 30 2012. - Out of the country since June 20 2012. Moved to Canada with same corporate employer at the canadian location. - B1/B2 Visa obtained in Oct 2012. - Made short trips via car to the border (Say Total of 4 times and returned back the same day, have all the stampings) Has my 1 year out of country requirement met to be eligible for second cycle H1-B? Should one never go to the USA for a full year with any type of visa, to meet this requirement? Cheers, Link to comment
JoeF
The one year abroad is lengthened by the duration of your trips to the US. Link to comment
