L2 EAD Extension

My L1B visa and I-94 is expiring Nov 2013.
I have already initiated my L1B visa extention process with my employer.

 

My spouse's L2 visa & EAD is expiring Nov 2013 and her I-94 is valid till 19 Oct 2014.
Can my spouse apply for EAD extension only based on my spouse's I-94 and without waiting for L2 visa extension?

How is it that her I94 has one extra year? Without an EOS she will also have to leave in November, 2013. Hence EAD is a minor problem. I suspect she can apply for EOS and also the EAD. You would need to confirm with your Lawyer.

My Name is shanthi. I have a L2 EAD and my H1B is filled and its stopped in Initial review. My consulting firm not ready to reopen the case. Can I change the consulting firm to take over my H1B case?

Unless your initial cap subject H1 is approved you are out of luck.

Thank You. My Initial Cap was good. I got RFE in april, then in June 12 they denied my visa. is there a way to reopen the case? If its reopend how long it will take to make decision?  Meanwhile my L2 EAD is expired on october 10th. My husband is getting is H1B on october.

That is the problem. You have no approved H1 petition. You cannot appeal. If the H1 sponsor is not willing you have no role. Stay away from such people in future. Make sure to change status to H4. Maybe study more in H4 status as you cannot work.
