sh_2103 Posted July 13, 2013 Report Share Posted July 13, 2013 I am on student visa which is sponsered by my husband who is green card holder.I am currently pregnant now not in condition to go to college coz of health issues. My priority date was current 4 months back but was not able to file application ,is there any constraint you have to file I-485 within limited time period? Also once I got receipt number of I-485 application,can I withdraw from college or do I need to maintain student status until GC application get approved. Kindly suggest urgently. Link to comment
